Return and Exchange Policy
Risk Of Lost or Stolen Packages
Your order will be shipped to the shipping address you specified at checkout. Please choose a secure location for delivery. Once the package departs our facility with the United States Postal Service, you accept the responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If your package is delivered, and you determine it has been damaged, lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the applicable carrier for any damaged and/or lost shipments.
Uniform Bonus expects you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason, you need to exchange or return an item, please read our return and exchange policy below before purchasing postal uniforms online.

We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
Your return/exchange will be processed within 14 business days of our receipt of the package. Please provide as much information as possible to prevent any delays. Read below regarding what cannot be returned and how to return the items.
All returns/exchanges must include a copy of your original packing slip or invoice and fill out the Return/Exchange Form with the reason you are returning or exchanging items.
Items MUST BE NEW with labels and tags attached and in the original packaging you received each item. If you return items without tags and original packaging, they will be returned to you.
Shoes must be in the original box and shipped in an additional box. Do not tape the original shoe box and ship back to us. Shoes that show signs of wear will be returned to you.
Items showing wear or having been laundered or soiled are not returnable.
Pants with an inseam shorter than 29" are not returnable.
Altered items are not returnable. This includes lengths shorter than 29", waist in or put, tapering, darts or shortening of sleeves or body of shirts.
Special ordered items are not returnable.
Customer must pay shipping for return of requested items and to ship the return to us. We will be responsible for shipping if we made a shipping error.
If there is a shortage in your shipment or the package was damaged during the delivery process, please contact us immediately.
